  2. Description of Service
    Green Citation is a B2B SaaS platform that uses automated data extraction technology to help UK businesses categorize and organize Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions data from uploaded PDFs.
  3. Subscription Plans and Fees
  • SME Plan (£49/mo) and Auditor Plan (£199/mo) are billed on a recurring monthly subscription via Stripe.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your user dashboard settings. Payments are non-refundable once processed.

Acceptable Use and PDF Uploads
You retain all ownership rights to the documents you upload. You guarantee that you have the legal right to upload the files and that they do not contain harmful code or malicious content.

Limitation of Liability (Important for Users)
Green Citation provides automated data formatting and extraction tools to assist with sustainability reporting. While our system uses data processing technology, our reports do not constitute official financial, legal, or certified environmental auditing advice. The final accuracy of all compliance filings and tender submissions remains the sole responsibility of the business owner or user. Green Citation shall not be liable for any regulatory fines, lost contracts, or business disruptions.
