We only collect information that is absolutely necessary to provide our service:
- Account Information: When you register or contact us, we collect your name, company name, and work email address to manage your account and subscription.
- Uploaded Documents: To extract your Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions data, you securely upload sustainability and utility PDFs.
How We Handle Your PDF Data (Our Data Deletion Guarantee)
Your trust and data security are our top priorities. Uploaded PDFs are fully encrypted during transit. Our processing engine reads and extracts the text data in real-time, and the original PDF files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers the moment the calculation is complete. We do not store or archive your raw commercial invoices or document files. We store only the final calculated numerical totals, dates, and compliance categories within your active user dashboard workspace.
Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies to keep you securely logged into your user dashboard and to allow Stripe to securely process your subscription payments. We do not use intrusive third-party advertising tracking cookies.
Data Sharing
We never sell your data. We only share data with trusted, secure third-party infrastructure providers necessary to run our service, specifically:
