Green Citation operates strictly as a data calculator, not a document storage vault. To protect our users and eliminate data liability:

Zero Document Trails: We do not archive or store original financial files, which completely removes the risk of data leaks and ensures absolute privacy.

Instant Processing: The moment a user uploads a utility statement, fuel receipt, or invoice PDF, our background Python engine extracts the raw physical volumes.

Permanent Deletion: The split second the calculation is complete, the original raw PDF document is permanently deleted from our server memory.

Instant purging. Users retain absolute control over their numerical logs. If an account is closed or a subscription is cancelled, all associated data can be permanently and instantly purged from our active cloud systems at the owner’s request.
